What We Do

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) companies and departments are very good at processing healthcare claims, which commonly represents 90% or more of their volume. The remaining 5-10% are often the result of an accident where the RCM requires a different and more complex process to maximize collections efficiently. GoSB provides the expertise necessary to process these low-volume, high-value accident-related claims.

Our leadership group has decades of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) experience processing millions of patient claims annually, and we understand that accident-related healthcare claims bring unique challenges. Rick Fossier



Rick Fossier joined GoSB in 2019 and serves as President. He brings over 20 years of executive experience from multiple healthcare companies with a background in business development, leadership, and operations. Rick most recently served as President of Alveo Health, LLC, a national healthcare claims clearinghouse company. Prior to Alveo, Rick was the Chief Sales Officer and Senior Vice President of Intermedix Corporation, running the company’s worldwide sales efforts.

Rick holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

Jack Donahue



Jack Donahue joined GoSB in 2019 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He brings over 25 years of experience leading strategic growth initiatives across numerous industries, with the last 15 years focused on healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).

Jack’s most recent positions include Senior Vice President of RCM for Envision Healthcare. Prior to Envision, Jack was the Executive Vice President of EMS at Intermedix Corporation where he led technology management and implementation, product strategy, client relations, operational shared services, and had P&L responsibility for one of the largest divisions in the company.

Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He also earned master’s degrees in business administration and healthcare administration from the University of Florida.

Doug Shamon

Doug Shamon joined GoSB in 2019 and serves as Managing Member and on the Board of Directors. Doug brings over 25 years of executive advisory experience in health care business services and information technology. Doug currently serves as Director at Digitech Computer, LLC, and Director at Surgical Notes, LLC.

Prior to this, Doug founded and held the position of Chairman and CEO of Intermedix Corporation, providing practice and revenue cycle management to the US healthcare market.

Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Boston College. He also earned a master’s of business administration degree from San Diego State University.

Brian LaBovick



Brian LaBovick founded GoSB in 2009 with the goal of helping healthcare providers manage the coordination of benefits for accident related claims. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and brings nearly 30 years of legal expertise to the team.

Brian was admitted to the Florida Bar; the Federal Bar, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Miami University of Ohio. He obtained a Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law.

Jennifer Mizack

Jennifer joined GoSB in 2019 as the Chief of Staff and has transitioned to lead the GoSB Client Services team as its Vice President. She brings over 20 years of experience in the Revenue Cycle Management industry, touching every aspect of the process and business. Prior to GoSB, Jennifer worked 14 years with Intermedix Corporation, one of the country’s top RCM companies. Jennifer spent her time at Intermedix with the EMS Division as its Marketing Specialist and evolved into a Business Development Manager, where she worked directly with clients, matching their needs to the offered RCM solutions. 

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech.

Jatni Blandon

Director of Information Technology


Jatni joined GoSB in early 2022 and serves as Director of Information Technology. She has over 20 years of IT experience in private business and government sectors. Her extensive background includes enterprise application development, infrastructure, and security.

Prior to GoSB, Jatni held various senior leadership positions during her 13-year tenure at the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller of Palm Beach County where she led an award-winning team and successfully implemented various systems and applications including Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital

Management and Finance Management Systems. Jatni has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Automation and Models from Florida Atlantic University, as well as other technical certifications.

Tissa Todd

Senior Operations


Metissa joined GoSB in 2022 and she serves as the Senior Operations Manager in our Plantation, FL Office. Over the course of her career, Metissa held leadership roles in different areas of various revenue cycle management organizations, managing nationally recognized health systems for facility and physician billing compliance, collections, quality improvement. Additionally, she has lead multiple EDI system configurations, implementations, payer contract compliance, and negotiation, leading to significant enterprise growth.

Metissa brings over 25 years of experience and knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in Health Informatics from the University of South Florida.

Lyni Diaz



Lyni joined GoSB in 2020 and serves as PT Client Success and Operations Manager in our West Palm Beach office.  

She has over 25 years of combined experience between the automobile claims industry and the legal field.  

Prior to GoSB, Lyni worked as a BI Claims Adjuster for Geico insurance with different personal injury law firms in Florida.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico and is certified in ISO 9001 Quality Standard.

In her spare time, Lyni enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves traveling.

Jamie Malone



Jamie joined GoSB in 2020 and serves as the Human Resources and Accounting Manager. She brings over 15 years of leadership, financial, and business development, focusing the past 5 years specifically in healthcare. Jamie previously held leadership positions within billing and accounting with Alzheimer’s Community Care, Kimley Horn & Associates, & SandPoint, LLC, where she led technology implementation for improving healthcare billing systems, project management billing and accounting.

Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in communication arts from Allegheny College.

Cody Shamon



Cody joined GoSB in 2022 and serves as the Business Development Manager for Ambulance providers. He brings years of experience and business development knowledge, having begun his career working with a world class sales organization at Oracle. Cody served as the President of the Boston College Student Business Consortium, where he helped source and lead projects with companies nationwide such as TJX, Deloitte, and Deutche Bank. In his role at GoSB as the Business Development lead for ambulance transport organizations, Cody tends to wear many hats, working with the Client Services team, Operations team, and IT team to ensure clients achieve the best results.

Cody holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and resides in San Diego, CA.

Zach LaValle



Zach joined the GoSB team at the end of 2022 and serves as a Business Development Manager for Physician Groups and Hospitals. After graduating from Miami University in 2019, he spent the first three years of his career with a large IT consulting firm based in Minneapolis, MN. There, he obtained a skillset for client engagement, people management, and project coordination that translates directly into his role with GoSB. Zach works to embody GoSB’s first core value of delighting its customers through his engagement with independent physician groups and ED RCM vendors, standing up program implementations, data analysis and reporting.

Zach holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University, where he also played NCAA Division 1 Men’s Ice Hockey. He resides in St. Paul, MN with his wife, Reagan.
